Do I need to undress completely?
It is entirely up to you. You should undress to your level of comfort.  You will be covered during your massage and only the area being worked on, will be exposed.  You will be properly draped during the entire session.  For Energy Work, you are fully clothed.

Will the therapist be present when I undress?
The therapist will leave the room while you undress.  Before leaving the room, the therapist will instruct you to either lay on your back or tummy on the table, when you are finished undressing, And cover yourself with the sheet.  The therapist will knock and ask permission, before entering the room to start the session.
 
Helpful Suggestions to Enhance Your Session: Please remove all jewelry. I encourage you to give feedback with regards to the pressure applied to your body during your massage.  Feel free to ask any questions. The massage session is about you,  your body and your health.
